GBThis is a follow up post to one I… This is a follow up post to one I posted a week ago. I had an extremely hard time sizing my ceramic band. My daughter tried to help and cut herself in the process I posted my experience and Anhem was very responsive and sent me a pre sized watch band to compensate for my troubles. They mentioned that for $5 you can have it sized and I did not know that that was an option so I recommend having it pre sized. The band itself is very nice quality and customer support was very good.

ILfantastic customer service Customer service was so kind and helpful with my need for a size exchange! I live out of the country and had trouble finding a way to return before getting a new size and they made an exception and offered me a new one for just the price of shipping. Will definitely shop again and recommend to friends.
