Their product selection, process and market research expertise have helped my Amazon and walmart business expand. not happy with the service at all To be honest, I don't trust this company anymore. I've had an unfortunate experience with Ecom Automized. They made numerous promises and convinced me to proceed with their services by making an upfront payment. Despite my initial hesitation and inquiry about negative reviews, they assured me those reviews were from competitors. However, this turned out to be untrue. After receiving my payment, they have vanished without a trace. It's my belief that they might be based in Pakistan and lack the expertise they claim. If considering business with them, I strongly advise against paying upfront.

The operations manager I dealt with was a guy who uses 2 names (his real name and American name), he asked Trustpilot that I need to remove his name from the review by the way, and it's surprising that they seem to be pretending not to know me. I am 100% confident that they know exactly who I am. Are you suggesting that your company doesn't exist? Is your physical address, which appears to be fake, legitimate? Are you not pretending to be a well-organized company? Wasn't your website built just a few months ago? How many Facebook pages have you changed because people are reporting you, and Facebook has banned you multiple times? Please refrain from making threats about removing my review; I have already reported you to government agencies. I have provided all my details, and I had the worst experience of my life. I wish I had done my research before taking any action. To anyone reading this, please don't just take my word for it; do your research. I strongly advise against paying them a penny unless you see concrete results. They are skilled at convincing but fail to deliver on their promises, based on my experience. My experience with this company has led me to question its legitimacy. I've conducted research and found discrepancies, such as a lack of a verifiable physical address and inconsistencies in their claimed years of operation. Notably, their domain's online registration date conflicts with their stated duration in the industry. Regrettably, I discovered the discrepancies after parting with my funds. I recommend exercising caution and refraining from financial commitments until you witness concrete results. From my perspective, there seems to be a concerted effort to convince potential clients. To anyone considering their services, I advise vigilance. most of the team members are from Pakistan, even the phone numbers they use and physical address is registered under different names. please ensure your protection and discernment when dealing with this company.

Very impressed - great communication and getting results I have been very impressed in the first month and a half of working with Ecom Automized. They have had great communication through the whole process and have done everything they said they would do in the timeframe they said they would do it in. I signed up with Ecom Automized for a Walmart store on 4/28/23 and by 5/15/23 they had me approved with Walmart and by 5/26/23 I had my first sales. We are still in the early stages of ramping up sales but things are on a good trajectory and I am very pleased so far.
