The project manager's prolonged absence, coupled with the lack of communication and failure to meet my requirements, resulted in a subpar experience. The project manager was out of the office for an extended period early on due to personal reasons, which is understandable. However, Website Dezk failed to provide adequate backup, leading to delays and missed deadlines. Despite repeated calls to check on the project's status, the website finally went live only after considerable delay. Moreover, upon launch, I discovered that I was unable to edit my own blog posts, a feature I had expressly requested from the outset. Despite bringing this issue to Website Dezk's attention several weeks ago, I have yet to receive a response or any resolution. This lack of communication and disregard for my needs further highlights the company's shortcomings. Overall, Website Dezk's performance fell far short of my expectations. The project suffered from delays, inadequate communication, and a failure to deliver on agreed-upon requirements. I cannot recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and responsive website development partner.
