Beware the auto renew with zero notice They are illegally (in my view) using auto renew on contracts without notifying their customers. If you change it, it gets switched back to auto renew again. Awful service. The reply they have posted is also untrue. I was auto renewed previously and took it off because this is the second time they have done it. They are required to notify you of an auto renew taking place (they don’t) and I consider that they have returned my account to auto renew despite my taking it off last time.

after over three weeks of trying to get… after over three weeks of trying to get an issue with my ability to run my two web sites, and after a very good effort by the online team i still do not have the issue fixed. The online team say they can no longer help and ask me to get in touch with the admin team. They asked for proof of my exhistance, fair enough, but said they would get back. Two important meeting missed, payed to get my computer looked at to find reciepts, told it was being looked into and now no reply for severals days. The online team are quick, but admin will take days. Not my problem now, transfering everything over to amazing company after many suggestions to do so.I will loose a lot of money but i am already significantly better off with the new one who offer so much more.
