Great experience, results, and communication I've been very happy with Quartile so far. Using them for about 6 months now. We began utilizing Quartile for the Amazon side of my business and were impressed by the results. Not only did we see a lift in sales, but it actually helped us become more profitable at the same time. After seeing those results, we just finished up a 3 month test period utilizing their Google Ads service and we are just as pleased. I have always had bad experiences with third party services, but I will say Quartile has impressed me. Its taken a lot of work off of my plate, and improved our performance. Communication with my account reps is quick and easy. Overall very happy with my decision to try out Quartile and would recommend their services to other businesses looking to elevate their PPC strategies.

Poor performance and Fraudulent… Poor performance and Fraudulent transaction. I tried Quartile for Amazon PPC maintenance. I was offered 50% discount for first three month with no contract and I was told I can cancel anytime. After wasting one month and £500 and lots of sale I decided not to continue however I was surprised when I was charged another £500 for second month without my consent. I was shocked how they got access to my card detail. I only made payment once at the beginning of first month with the link provided by quartile however I didn’t enter my card detail it took money directly from my bank. But again when I was charged at the beginning second month I contacted them to cancel which they did but told me there will be no refund for money as you need to give us 30 days notice. Dear I didn’t use your service I tried you for first month and I do not like your performance so I do not want to continue for second month. How can I give you notice of 30days before even trying you for first 30 days. This company is a fraud as you signup their portal will take two days weeks to import data from your Amazon account and then they will start working on campaigns so they will launch first campaign after 20 days of subscription. The performance is very poor please do not signup with them. You will get 100s of email and phone call when you signing up and then there they will contact you once a week so there is no communication and you can’t get hold of them specially if you are not based in USA. however if you decide to cancel the subscription you will be charge for the whole month in advance and no one will respond your email. God bless you all stay away from gold digger

My company has been using Quartile for… My company has been using Quartile for a long time. But lately, its bidding feature isn't working properly. Spending money on it now might be a waste because it's not delivering results. They made the cancellation process harder as well. I strongly recommend not using Quartile. It will cost you a lot of money.

The algorithm is a black box The algorithm is a black box. You don’t know why bids are changing or which campaigns/products were going to be pushed aggressively. Everyday was a surprise to see what products had a disproportionate amount of ad spend for the previous day. I couldn’t effectively manage the algorithm based on my products margins and inventory position. Sometimes the algorithm would stop spending on certain campaigns altogether by reducing bids to 2 cents. I had to relaunch those campaigns. By the end I was spending similar amount of time trying to manage the algorithm as I did on managing my PPC before.
