For me the sending of the documents was… For me the sending of the documents was fast and the receiving aspect too was okay. In addition, it would be nice if Wisefax can roll out yearly subscription for organizations and individuals at moderate or customer friendly price. Jide.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If there was zero stars, I would give it to this company. Unable to send faxes to 3 different numbers and when I try getting through to customer service there automated system replies back and has blocked me from using my credited 20 tokens.

IRS needed proof faxed immediately… IRS needed proof faxed immediately while I was on the phone with them.... only problem is my fax machine died 10 years ago with my land line. Desperate, I searched for a service and found this one. Basically $1 per page and was super easy to setup. Used amazon pay and faxes went through on first try. Ended up having to send multiple items during that 3 hr phone call. Worked great.
