HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE If there was zero stars, I would give it to this company. Unable to send faxes to 3 different numbers and when I try getting through to customer service there automated system replies back and has blocked me from using my credited 20 tokens.

Used for Overseas Voting I had a great first experience with WiseFax, which I used to fax my overseas ballot to my state registrar of voters. It was easy, affordable, and fast. I liked that you could send it with or without a cover sheet and they sent an email confirmation when it was sent. I received a confirmation from my state that my ballot was counted. Only thing I might like in the future is the option of a color fax - fortunately this didn't matter with my ballot, even though the oath and envelope were colored. I used their website but I know they also have a mobile app. This experience was so much better than the physical fax method I used in the last election, which was fraught with issues.
