It’s been almost a week since they… It’s been almost a week since they turned my domain off due to some verification email and they have not been able to get the name servers reset. Worst ever service and I’ve been using registrars for over 20 years.

Sav takes responsibility to take money but at refund its a big fuss I am facing the problem repeatedly with the sav auction system; it deducts money even if the proxy bid has outbid you whereas it should be deducting money on bids which are eligible for "winning category" my more than $700+ are stuck with bank as they have no idea whether sav.com refunded the money or not, most of the times i get money back into the account within a minute but if it's stuck it takes forever to find.

SAVe as Always I have register and backorder plus transferred allot of domains to SAV, SAV is easy to use, affordable, great UI, of course there are minor issues but SAV is improving as they work. If you would ask me to rate (GMO-z.com) I would give them 0 stars, that is one of the worst compared with SAV and other registrars.
