Scammers Somehow I ended up with a quantity of 2 of the same product in the cart, which I didn't notice until after the payment. This happened because I logged in after I added the product to the cart and I'm not sure that I did something wrong or it's a bug on their website. Nevertheless, I opened a ticket and requested that half of the money to be reimbursed. They didn't reply so after a few days, I added to the ticket that I will file a complain to the payment processor. After this, they did something with my account because I can't login anymore, I have no error message but I always get redirected to the login page.

GPL Plus (gplplus.com)is doing fraud… GPL Plus (gplplus.com)is doing fraud with the users. they offered me a monthly membership and immediately after paying for the membership there site denied to log in I have raised several tickets to resolve the issue but the are not even responding. This is crealy digital fraud and they are offering pirated or nulled plugins and themes.

I've been using the themes and plugins available on their website since August 22 and, I've always had a great experience whether it's about the availability of any product or the support after purchase. Great products, even greater support I have been a customer with them for about a year now. I purchased two popular plugins from them that worked exactly as expected. One of these plugins is a very popular page builder with which I ran into an issue on two occasions: The first issue was due to my own inexperience of not knowing how the update process worked. The second issue was with a new version not activating as it should. On both occasions I contacted support and received a response within 5 minutes that resolved my issue immediately.
