It just works! It just works! Seamlessly. On the rare occasion there was a disconnect with the credit card company, Commerce Sync was able to locate the issue and resolve it very quickly.

This has been great to transfer our… This has been great to transfer our sales data. The only thing that would make it better for us is if it was able to transfer the class associated with an item.

The online chat was not helpful The online chat was not helpful. The representative did not understand what my question was, at all. I called the number she gave me, and they said I had to talk to someone else. Then after being on hold for an extended time I gave up. I eventually figured out my problem on my own.

Costly for what we are getting out of it. Your product is working just fine. My issue is with the cost. We use it to create a daily invoice from Clover to QBO for each of our locations. We have 7 different clover locations. At $21.95/ month/ location, we are paying north of $140/ month for this simple function. We are then having to go into each invoice and change the QBO location. When compared to all of our other monthly software/ app/ addon cost, this one is the biggest outlier. If your product automatically classed the QBO invoice by QBO location as well as by customer, it would be more valuable to us and help justify the cost.

Saves time…. Commercesync takes care of syncing all our Square sales to QBO, which saves so many bookkeeping hours. Set up was easy and any time I needed support, my issues were dealt with very quickly. Highly recommend.
