Purchased knee braces from them in July, on the advertisement there was nothing about sizing, so the arrived and didn't fit from my emails to them it looks like they arrived promptly. It then took4 emails over 10 days to get mediums that where loose getting sizing information was impossible. So to get a refund I returned everything to China as directed. It has been in China since the beginning of October and not moved not the companies fault but the complete and utter lack of response is their fault. If you get what you want first go then they are probably good but if you need customer service your toast.
