I was very nervous because our interviewees have fairly thick accents and don’t speak in full sentences but this gave us a really great basis to work from with much less cleanup than I expected (and the majority was foreign proper nouns). This was a massive timesaver!

As a professional arts and entertainment writer, I do interviews and profiles of artists and performers, often using the Voice Memos app on my iPhone 15 or iCall over the telephone.
