Great Even for Medium Sized Sellers I was not sure if Refund Manager would be worth the money because I am a small - medium sized seller. I was wrong! Nate and his team recovered several hundred dollars of lost/damaged/missing/returned inventory within a few weeks. Each case was quickly answered and all were reimbursed. I could have attempted to research and request reimbursement on my own, but I would not have recovered all of it. It would have taken me hours, even days. Time I would rather use growing my business.
