GBGot worried when I learned about ADA compliance laws and knew my site needed work. Realized my site was not WCAG and ADA compliant and found Userway through Shopify. After reading reviews and watching the demo video I decided to install and give it a try. The install was seamless and I actually wondered if there was more I needed to do. I reached out to customer service via the chat option (8:00pm on a Sunday night) and someone answered within 1 minute! His name was James and he was super helpful, he checked my site, answered my questions and even helped with navigation when I couldn't find something. All in all I'm happy with my one year subscription purchase and feel much better knowing that my site is compliant with US law and all together it took about 15 mins!

GBRodrigo Helped Me To Understand My account was a MESS (due to actions I took because I didn't understand what I was doing). I was receiving dozens of emails, saying the same thing - but the message wasn't right. My credit card also showed duplicate billings. I entered the "chat" box, and Rodrigo spent much time with me. He helped me straighten out all of the problems and assured me my account was correct moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me that did not make sense to me previously. He provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thanks to Rodrigo and UserWay for helping me with this subject, which was very confusing to me.

AU5 out of 5 for Mark I needed to scan multiple pages of a vendor site that had authentication issues. I was getting stuck and contacted the help feature and dealt with Mark. Mark went above and beyond to assist me, treated me like a human being, and provide me with all the information I required at every step of the way. I have not had that level of customer support in such a long time. Userway are lucky to have him as a support - we need more Marks in the world!

GBExcellent tech support Excellent tech support. I had a complicated multiple account merge/access issue, and dreaded the typical bot response loop. The actual human (Matheus) was responsive, very direct, and extremely helpful. Either a great support, or the most advanced AI in recorded history. I suspect the former. My issue was resolved in just a few minutes. Color me impressed.
