GBSuper fast response to billing issue. I had an issue with my subscription renewing when I had cancelled it. I worried because I know how this usually goes -- enjoy the next year of the subscription while we make sure it doesn't happen again. Nope: they got back to my email -- on a holiday weekend -- within 2 hours. They were ensuring that their cancellation system worked and immediately issued a refund. I don't know many places this good on something like this. I otherwise did enjoy the service while I had it.

GBSubmitted a bug report on Sunday Submitted a bug report on Sunday, not expecting a response until at least Monday. That evening Christina responded. She asked for a bug report and if I had done either of a couple of things that would create the issue. Turns out there is a piece of information that didn’t get included and it will be corrected in the next build. I was also given a workaround until the new build is released. Quick and positive response from a team that really cares about their users.

CAAhhhhhhh. Jumbo!!! Jumbo is a security option that feels like a long earned sigh! They’re always immediately available to help with any questions I may have. I’ve been with Jumbo for a couple of years. They work to keep my information secure and I don’t need to concern myself with identity theft! I can not recommend them enough.
