Fantastic Customer Service and Product! I received a delivery of Hop Wtr a few days ago that was a packaging nightmare. The box was too big, the cases were inside a large garbage bag, and the cans had broken loose. One had exploded, and it was a soggy mess. Hop Wtr immediately apologized and sent a beautifully packaged replacement order! Terrific customer service!! And I’m obsessed with the product!

I don’t know my delivery person’s name but she was amazing! I don’t know my delivery person’s name but she called me this morning to ensure she knew where to deliver my package because it wasn’t pulling up in the system and she didn’t want me to not get my delivery. I felt like this was above and beyond!

Good, quick service It was great because I ordered my supplements and it was delivered to my door within a short amount of time. The bad part is I had 1 bottle of vitamin c in my order and they put it in a 11 X 8 X 10 box! That it way too big of a box for one bottle…kind of a waste!!
