GBI purchased 10 HP LTO8 tapes from these… I purchased 10 HP LTO8 tapes from these guys and the customer service and price were OUTSTANDING. They reached out to me via email for the details I wanted on the custom LTO tape labels and were really helpful as it was my first time ordering LTO tapes for my company. GBDelayed order and missing parts unresolved I placed my order online, but then it was delayed when the seller questioned the validity of the order. They left a voicemail, but it was over the weekend and my order was delayed 3 days by the time I was able to reach them at the beginning of the week. When I received the discproducer pp-100ap, it was listed as having 5 blank discs included with the purchase. There are NONE... only an empty place in the packaging for them. I left a voice message a few days ago, but still haven't received a response about the missing items. For a printer over $2300, I would assume that a couple of dollars worth of discs would be a simple fix, but not yet.
