Most importantly, you can ask the online customer service for any questions, which is not available on other websites. Very user friendly.

It takes a little time to learn the user interface due to all the options and find all the right tools, but once you get it, creating new surveys is straightforward. After one of our folks visit a specific jail to lead a Bible Study or Celebrate Recovery Group Session, they use a system link to simply input the visit date, facility name, type of visit, and number of attendees. I am using #Sogosurvey for my MSc research project and the survey design interface is very easy to move around, not to talk about their amazing QR code option which makes it easy to recruit respondents. The student price plan options attracted me as I was looking for something affordable for a short term project. Can't wait to launch my survey and start analysing responses.
