Unacceptable Unacceptable. Paid EUR 145 online for an Authorized translation of a Chinese drivers license - needed it for the Police to swap to a Danish. Received a translation from a non-authorized Chinese native, that could not be accepted by the Police (Phoned the translator that by her own admission had no license). I asked the CEO, Mr. Björn Hallberg, for a refund. Never heard a word back from him.

They did a great job with a complex… They did a great job with a complex medical document/form. Even when I discovered an error in the initial translation they fixed it quickly and communication with the customer service was fast, polite and responsive. Would definitely use them again.

Fast and easy First time, but I would use again. Translation was fast and whole process was easy. There is no way to know the quality of the actual translation, but given the professionalism shown, I have no concerns. Would use again!

I have been using this company for multiple translations in a visa matter. I have been using this company for multiple translations from Swedish to English in a partner visa matter in Australia. Some documents quite complicated. The logos from different authorities has been kept but translated and all the translations have been absolutely first class. They used a local translator with a Danish name and obviously well familiar with the Swedish language. So although is has been pretty costly (as this type of authorised translations always are), I am still very satisfied with their standards and I sense that their prices are not higher than other translators. The service has been very good all along and I can highly recommend The Native Translator.
