Their transcribers do an excellent job transcribing our Christian based A/V clips, even to the Greek letters in one of the transcripts. Also, since we are an educational company, we get a discount. We use Verbal Ink's standard delivery time and almost always receive the transcriptions early or closer to the earlier date range portion.
