If I could give 10 stars I would. Vahan is knowledgeable, extremely helpful, advises me correctly and he knows what he's doing. Anyone who has computer problems I don't hesitate recommend him. Actually, my son recommended me to Vahan. Okay, I was conservative I give him an 11.

I can't say enough good things about … I can't say enough good things about Vahan and Platinum Plus Services. Knows his stuff upside down and backwards and is super friendly, reassuring, and takes the time to explain the process in layman's terms without being patronizing whatsoever. He went above and beyond to rescue my data from a failed hard drive with a bad head and succeeded miraculously. Because the drive was so damaged, it took longer than the average recovery and required a special machine, but he didn't charge me any extra. He's now my go-to guy for all my computer repairs/mods.
