I have for the second time purchased Bitraseer and Photo recovery premium because I thought they would have fixed problem being created by the programs keep logging each other out and since they wont give you an activation code that works more than once youy have to generate a ticket and it takes weeks to resolve only to happen again. Now they blocked me for generating to many tickets and getting upset. No refund, no ability to communicate and no resolve yet they kept my money. TOTAL SCAMMERS

GBSanket's Excellent Customer Service Sanket, Data Recovery Associate, very quickly answered all my questions, helping me to understand that the $39.95 charge made today via PayPal to my bank account was for a subscription renewal of the bitraser-file product that I bought a year ago. The product worked fine, but I don't need or want to renew the subscription. Sanket assured me that he forwarded my request to cancel the renewal and receive a $39.95 refund to your refund management team, who will process the refund for the renewal order for Stellar File Eraser #233591834. Thank you for your excellent customer service, Sanket!
