I can't imagine anything better. The service is great as far as I can tell. It seems trustworthy, and I understand why it exists, but the entire crypto tax scheme is so confusing that it leaves you hoping that everything is correct when you use a service like Koinly. It's certainly better than anything I could have ever done on my own, and I plan to use it hence forth. I'm glad that it generates the actual tax form (8949) that the IRS wants. My accountant found that very helpful. I tried a couple different services and I found Koinly to be the most accurate and least confusing.

If you get a little stuck connecting you exchange to Coinly, there are easy tutorials on you tube to follow, and it is very quick. The tax is very easy to follow, and generated very quickly, if you get problems, i have found the chat always takes you to a human, not a BOT, which was very valuable to me, and the woman was brilliant, sorted me out in a very short space of time. The platform is organised fairly well &… The platform is organised fairly well & constantly updating tokens networks etc. I've personally recommended Koinly.io to friends & colleagues, purely based on the trouble & time it has saved. My only concern is the concentration of people's person data. Hopefully blockchain itself can be utilised.

Beyond my expectations My first time using Koinly and within minutes my tax affairs were sorted. Over 10,000 transactions, which would of been simply beyond me to calculate by hand. The price was also beyond my expectations and beat the competition. Very impressed.
