I have nothing but good things to say… I have nothing but good things to say about FloThemes support team! I haven’t just submitted one ticket, but several over the years I’ve used their templates/services. They are quick and efficient and have always been able to solve the issue. There are plenty of great options in terms of website templates out there but their support team alone is enough of a reason why I’ll never use another provider!

Advanced Setup 🌟 I just launched a new Pronto site I love and can easily manage moving forward. The advanced setup service was exactly what I needed. Dan was incredibly patient and helpful when I didn’t understand something. He was always quick to troubleshoot any issues I was having. I’m so appreciative and happy I didn’t try to launch a new site alone!

Love their products and customer experience We've been Flothemes users for a few years and always very happy with both their products and their customer experience. Their themes(not only one main theme) are amazing, beautifully designed and offer so much flexibility! Their customer support is always very quick(even on weekends!) and we always had our problems fixed really fast!

And even better than their designs is their customer service -- this is hands down the best customer experience I've ever had! Run away Run away! They are migrating off of Wordpress for just Pixieset. The dropped the news on their clients very recently, but continue to sell the theme. I just redid my website last winter and now apparently I’ll be redoing it AGAIN. They’ve known this was coming since 2021. Why wait except out of greed. Hope you see this before they delete this as they’ve been doing for other negative reviews!
