Also manual cleaning is pretty fast since you can cancel or keep a subscription to a reccuring email just on one click. If you are not sure there is a message box where you see the kind of message you receive from the sender. Then you can keep or reject.

It integrates easily with my email, makes useful suggestions, and has a feature to only keep the most recent email from a particular sender -- which is a feature that I love!
