Best translation company for Immigration Practitioners I have now used MotaWord for over a dozen major projects of varying complexity to submit to Immigration Courts and USCIS. They always do excellent work and have a fantastic turnaround time. They also are super responsive to requests for edits and have gone above and beyond for my clients. They are reliable, you can communicate with them if you need a project done faster than the super fast times they already provide, and their work product always looks good. I just sent them a huge project with multiple handwritten letters, an 8 page hand written note, and about 10 pages of official documents to translate. 2 days!!!! Always impressed with them and their website is really well done. I'm an attorney with a nonprofit and while we sometimes have done translations ourselves or contracted people, this is the best translation service I have ever seen.

Using people to work for them for free. Using people to work for them for free. They offer work to as many people as possible at the same time, which cannot provide consistency and unanimity, ever. After providing translation for all the glossary terms, I was accused for using machine translation - which was not the case, just an excuse to not be paid after doing my part. Never again:) So quickly they deleted my profile on the platform to not be able the translated strings (no matter what the error was) to be tracked and to show what I was working on. Everything is gone now, every track of what was done, like the typing mistake I commited in here earlier:)

Fast and good I was initially expecting translation and evaluation to take a lot of time, preparing for at least several days for each step. Instead it was done the next day. Also good job on client support - professional and quick. The only downside I faced is a bit jumpy auto locasisation of interface, but you can easily set needed locale manually anyway.
