They could just add the credits manually or at least send my crypto money back. AVOID! Edit: After this review they added the missing credits to my account...

So far, so good I've not been using it long but so far so good. The data it extracts is spot on and support have been great and fast, which is even more appreciated as I bought it on a platform that I know can get overwhelmed with questions. Absolutely no problems.
