Best staff I have ever dealt with! Charles, Jared, and Dallas were on point as soon as I opened my ticket to purchase service. They asked all the correct questions and made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it to be before going onto the next step. Setup was extremely fast after payment was made. I would recommend using their service to anyone I know in need of hosting options. The fact that the president of the company stepped up and interacted directly with me as a customer speaks volumes to me and I will continue to be a customer of their for the foreseeable future. I will also be purchasing hosting for my website once I am ready to set that up.

The support team is very quick at finding your issue and helping you every step of the way. The vps is very fast and great for what I do with it. Amazing this is my second time Amazing staff This is gonna be the second time reviewing them just because they are that good and that amazing. I have had many issues being new to all of this and its like family. I always can get help with what i need or pointed in the right direction. Had an issue today with need to switch IP's and was done amazingly and quickly. Storm is the best out there in customer service and after using them for a month or 2 its also the smoothest. I have 600 resources and most servers break at 200 lol i rarely have any issues when i comes to the server and if i do its fixed quickly
