I was hesitant at first, but the process was very transparent along the way and I was kept in the loop the whole time. My consultant, Sam, made sure that I approved every step. Even when I asked for changes on minor details, Sam would drop everything to complete them until I was 100% satisfied. If there was any confusion, Sam wasn't afraid to ask clarifying questions to ensure the right task was done correctly. I can't say enough great things about working with Sam. I don't think I would have had the same result otherwise; Sam was the backbone of my entire web design project.
