Very grateful for the Seahawk team to… Very grateful for the Seahawk team to make our website function better than what we could've done ourselves! It's crisp, clean, and accessible to all now. They figured out how to make our ideas on functionality come true.

Not a good experience 1st, my project was scoped with all the features/capabilities from the start. I gave them customer journey docs, story board images and gave user stories and spent countless hours trying to get them to understand what the business. Needless to say a project that was scoped/priced at 4 weeks to completion, turned into 7.5 months before live. Then, countless issues and lack of completing features made things even more difficult. I will say that they did respond quickly to the issues. However, it became too wearing to tolerate anymore as I was having to correct and catch things that a designer/developer should know. I canceled their support and have had to shell out more $ to move my site to a company that truly brings design options to the table and keeps my site working.

Great to contract out a company to do… Great to contract out a company to do our website. The major thing that I continually have to deal with at SeaHawk is how slow they are at completing tasks that need to get done. The time difference can be hard and makes me feel that I have to continuously chase the teams to get things done when they do not follow up and respond. Communication could be better on their end. Sometimes I don't get a response till 2-3 days later in which the task should have already been done within the first day I asked them to do it. Once they get things done, the work they accomplish is good.

We have used their UI design services… We have used their UI design services for our website and our customer platform. The kick off was smooth and the outcomes mostly satisfying. For some projects I was missing the precise implementation of feedback we have discussed in a follow up call. Seems like no one took notes and therefor some feedback points were not taken into account. The communication was good and on time.
