Bit slow initially but completely happy customer I ordered two perfumes from the shop. After 3-4 days my order was still showing as Processing. I emailed the company on Wednesday got a response on Thursday and got the items on Friday. So probably the people at this company need a wake-up call/nudge. Apart from this completely happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend to buy from this company.

I have just fallen into the hands of THE ESSENCE STORE, an online perfume shop, CRIMINALS!! After the experience I took the risk and ordered online again instead of buying my perfume in the shop. To be honest it wasn’t really the money, but the fact that I just didn’t want to believe that all online shops are Fraudsters. And I must say I am very glad I placed my order with you! Super price, original product, prompt service and delivery. I only wished you had more reviews…because criminals like THE ESSENCE STORE may make it harder for people to trust online companies.
