Every step of the way Working hand in hand with Ashley and her team has been an amazing journey!!! When my partner and I were struggling with articulating the idea that we wanted for our logo alone, Ashley and her team was there every step of the way!! They did not get frustrated at us changing our mind. They simply changed the little details that we asked for in order to make our dreams for our business a reality. I’m grateful for this company.

Responsive, On Point, Quick Turn Around Working with Design Funnel, and especially Ashley Miles, was a breeze. It was a smaller project on google sites page with some key deliverables and a tight turn around. Ashley quickly understood the project, provided appropriate consultation and delivered. The team did not try to over engineer my project. The reiterative process was quick and simple. The team took feedback well an expertly implemented. i am super pleased with the results - especially the live linkage to a Instagram page and the creation of some infographics - I would be delighted to work with the team again.

Best Web design group I've ever hired! Excellent experience! My account manager Ashley listened to every request I had. What's funny is I had so many of them I thought I was getting on her nerves. Then she sent me a text saying, "If there's anything else you need please let me know." I couldn't believe it. 2 months later she still completing requests to make our site as great as we think it is.

I asked them to make me a logo I asked them to make me a logo, which they did, then Ashley suggested I do business cards as well. I told her cool! let’s do it, I asked that she puts a qr code that pulls up my company’s email, Instagram, and my contact info. Paid $200 for 1,000 cards. they mailed me the business cards (which took forever) 500 of the cards came out the way I asked and the other 500 didn’t have any Instagram option or anything. They are now telling me I have to pay extra to order new cards to fix the mistake that they made and that it was my fault they came out that way. The customer service is just not professional, I’m a busy person and when I pay someone like Ashley (who is a senior manager) I expect her to at the very least do her job. How can you send 500 cards correctly and exactly what the customer asks for and then send another 500 that aren’t the same. WHO’S managing this? The way they’re whole business is run is just suspect ashley is well trained to smooth talk her way in and as far as I know this could be a thing they do on purpose to make an extra sale. I’m not satisfied with what I got and WHAT I PAID FOR. Now they have turned their backs and basically told me they can’t help me even after I asked to speak to someone else. I personally just don’t work with people who run their business like this it’s very unprofessional to me.
