GBI contracted with webconica back in… I contracted with webconica back in October of 2023 to update an existing website and create an additional website including adding a membership option on both sites. It was supposed to take about 3-4 weeks. To date I have not received any product output from this company. I finally requested a refund for what I was supposed to receive. I have only received a fraction of what I paid to have this work done. I was supposed to receive a refund for the rest but that has not happened. I have tried to reach the company in 2 different locations but continue to get a run-around...no results. I used TrustPilot to help me contract with this company but have been treated terribly by the company and after 6 months still have not received my product or my refund. Needless to say I am not very happy the way I have been treated.
