Paying for returns I ordered two pairs of dance shoes, one was loose around the ankle so no good for dancing. Returning is not a simple process, I have to email them, then send a photo of the soles showing they had not been worn, then pay the full return cost, that had to be sent within 7 days. I was offered 40% reduction to keep them but that's no good if they don't fit. The one pair I'm keeping are nice and fit well, but I won't buy again due to stress of returning them.

The sneakers get a 5 for style and… The sneakers get a 5 for style and comfort. The company gets a 3 for customer service for not answering questions and long delays in responding. It also took over 3 weeks to get the sneakers delivered. I will buy local next time
