Highly Recommend We have used IP for just over 12 months. It has been a time saving and effeceint tool within our business. It has allowed us to focus on analysing data rather than spending time on building reports. It is a highly flexible tool and easily integrates with our existing systems. Would highly recommend this platform.

The onboarding training is very… The onboarding training is very thorough and they are hyper focused on seeing you use the platform successfully. Our inventory planner is still in "data collection mode" but we are already starting to see PO recommendations and better forecasting.

Great Inventory tool We had been using Inventory planner for a few years now and we are very happy with their services. The integration between Quickbooks and IP is seamless and data and analytics are accurate. The CS team always try to solve all tickets finding the best solutions for you. The only improvement I recommend is the time it takes to respond to a ticket. Due to the time zone difference , it takes a while to resolve an issue but it does get solved and followed up at the end.

Great Software Great Software with a lot of features that I did not expect to be available. E.g. forecasting, purchase order creation, assembly ordering. As we do not have an ERP system running, Inventory Planner does an awesome job in terms of replacing it. 5 stars all day long!
