Made compliant and didn't return back and stopped replying to my messages until I messaged them from another email again. until they return it back. Then each time I order and have concern or question, they do not reply to me. Seems that they discriminate customers who make compliants or leave feedback to them.

Low Prices and Great Customer Service The low prices and selection of harder to find colognes is why I tried them out. Being in the USA, the cross border order did have issues like no VPN allowed, the order got flagged. The customer service however sorted it out and were very friendly.
