Sometimes being a freelance consultant feel transactional and siloed but the team at Surety provide you support no different than any other employee. They have strong support in place for project escalation and if you do a great job you will get a lot of work here. Infor/Lawson HCM consultant I have been an independent Infor/Lawson consultant for close to 20 years and have worked for many consulting firms during that time. I had heard of Surety Systems for several years, but the timing never worked out until finally, in April of 2020, I was able to accept an open position. I have to say Surety is one of the best consulting firms to work for as an independent consultant. They pay weekly, and have never missed a payment. The time keeping process is very easy, and the back office team is very helpful if you ever need anything. I have been able to stay as busy as I would like for the past three years.
