GBEXCEPTIONAL and FAST customer support from Denise!!! We had made a mistake on our automation timing and the sequence had triggered too early. We needed to set up an auxiliary automation and didn't understand how to import the affected subscribers, which would trigger the new series of emails. It was Saturday night and Denise got back to us in MINUTES! We went back and forth a few times and she was SO FAST. Finally, she offered to import the affected subscribers for us and this new automation triggered only TWO MINUTES LATER! I have worked customer support myself and am so impressed by her professionalism, swiftness, and friendliness. Thank you so much Denise!!!

FRThey took off my admin role for no reasons and gave it to someone having no business with the email marketing of my company. They took off my admin role for no reasons and gave it to someone having no business with the email marketing of my company. Mailerlite just took off "by mistake" my admin status from 2 of my accounts and I have to ask a customer to give me admin back on one of them, when I am the one who made it from scratch, paid for it directly and managed it for him. No compensation proposed, I can just be happy they fixed it after a whole day of work wasted, and having to sort half the problem by myself. If you trust them for giving them your email marketing assets, I guess you are in danger this will happen to you too. Already migrating to another, hopefully more trustworthy email marketing platform.

GBTroubleshooting an issue with Sites I use MailerLite primarily for hosting resources under the Sites heading. I was having trouble loading my resources, e.g. resources (dot) mydomain (dot) com/resource. The Bot was friendly and quickly found an available agent for me to speak with. David was upbeat and friendly, and was able to fix my problem within minutes. All of my Sites are working again.

NZIt was very scary It was very scary when I wasn’t receiving the verification code meaning I couldn’t access my account. I finally got to support and Vaida couldn’t have been more helpful explaining what was happening that end. Thankfully, all was sorted and I am now in my account again. Thank you.
