Best Company Ever! I've been a customer of Got Backup since December 2023, thus far I'm extremely pleased with this platform. I also have a Dropbox acct as well as Google Cloud Storage, however, since GBU has given me and my family 6TB worth of storage space for less than $10 a month, we no longer have a need for these other platforms. We're able to backup absolutely everything from multiple devices apiece. I'm also very impressed with their customer support, they are very responsive. There's been times I've received a reply from them after 2235 hrs, 10:35 PM EST. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to save money as well as protect their precious memories, files, documents, photos & videos.

They are sending me spam email and… They are sending me spam email and unsubscribed from all their lists multiple times, still sending me emails. Going to take legal action regarding this company and their email service provider for spamming me. This is against law.

Have been using the mobile application of GotBackup and it is great. I’m able to auto backup my photos and videos leaving me stress free knowing that my important memories are safe on the cloud. Further more I am able to share with my family their own login so they too can backup their photos and videos. I’m quite impressed with their backup application and look forward to use GotBackup on my laptop and desktop as well to safe guard my files.
