As someone who is completely tech and software illiterate, I am very thankful for the fast responses of their staff and their willingness to help install mods, plugins ect. In Addition to the great server hosting, they also managed to create an active and engaging community in discord. They are also constantly looking to improve and take big value in the feedback that they're given! With all the MC servers I've had so far, I definitely feel like Snakecraft hosting has been the easiest and also most engaging option that I've had so far!

Not a snake in the grass! I was searching around for somewhere to host my discord bot that I'm developing as a side project to streaming. I stumbled across Snakecraft after hours and hours of researching. It was way cheaper than all the other options I'd come across (and even found a nice discount code in their discord) so decided to give it a try. Initially I hit some stumbling blocks, but their support was top notch and helped me out quickly and patiently! Can't fault them so far!

Best service Snakecraft Hosting have the best support of any host I have ever used. They have worked closely with me to get my server into a running state, and have been there to help as my server has grown in size. The servers they sell are excelent, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering the purchase. I wouldn't have been able to fix many of the issues I was having with my server without them.
