Highly, highly recommended. I've been working with Tom & the Convesio team for quite a few months now and I just want to say how incredible they've been! I've been so impressed with their service that I actually asked them where I could go to write them a review haha. I'm a marketer and work with many clients on new websites and, although I do manage my way around technology, I am certainly no developer. They have been so lovely and helpful, never making me feel stupid and always managing to explain things simply and in a way that I can understand. The team usually manages to solve my problems or answer my questions within minutes let alone days/weeks! Their service is just like nothing I've ever seen before. And, of course, the product is amazing too. My sites load super fast and are always up - I've never had a Convesio related issue with any of them. So - they have an amazing product with incredible service, and are no more expensive (in fact in many cases cheaper) than alternatives. These guys are a no brainer. Highly, highly recommended. Do yourself a favour and swap to Convesio.

Excelled in support by fixing another hosting firms messy DB file I'm a new customer to Convesio, been just over 1 month having one of our sites hosted with them and been a very positive move! From initial questions with the sales team on suggested plans though to the handsfree website migration which the Convesio support team completed in great timing and zero issues post-migration. A couple of weeks into hosting we noticed some issues with performance, a quick ticket to the support team and they worked on locating an issue with the WordPress DB which had been filled up with junk from the previous Hosting company cache and CDN :( Scott and Tom pulled it out of the bag, fixed the DB by clearing out all the junk from the last hosting firm, which they could have said not our issue but they did not, they truly excelled here in terms of customer support!!! We have a website that is performing so much better than on the old host and I can not recommend Convesio enough! We will be migrating more sites shortly, great service offering in terms of cost, great relability and the whole support team are second to none! Responsive, knowledgeable team and effective service with really fast speeds Team are very responsive and answer questions well. I drilled them intensely on things like GTMetrix, Google Page Speed Insights, FTTB and so on. They did everything to win my business and won. Induction and migration process was made easy by the team and the platform is straightforward enough. Needs an FTP client and DNS Manager. Performance is excellent, the website has never been faster and backups are regularly made. Only Chat Support is available, but they are on all the time and it is responsive. Very happy with this service.
