To the point, FS has some of the best CSR's. I'm going to keep this simple. I have had dealings with FS for a number of years. Despite the 12 hr time zone difference, and sometimes an issue with Chinese to English wording, I have had some of the best customer service experiences with them since the pandemic made a mess of everything.
