Lesson Learned...last time ordering If you are needing a wig for a specific occasion or date, order it way in advance. They do not inform you at the time of your purchase that delivery will be delayed. I ordered a wig on March 22 and have not received a tracking number yet. The 3-7 business days is a lie! I have ordered wigs from them in the past, and it did not take this long. After finally emailing them about my order I received a poor explanation that they are hand preparing the wig so it may be a delay in shipping, well things like that should be communicated to customers BEFORE taking their money! This was my birthday hair and now it won't be here in time such a HUGE inconvenience and disappointment! I will never order from them again.

I didn't think I'd like this wig but it… I didn't think I'd like this wig but it looks like I keep my hair before it fell out and it so soft and shiny. Best part is it has no smell. I just have one wish and that it wasn't so loose but the band keeps it on so I can work with it.
