Later during the support Rob Garner was able to help with getting the request to the dev team. Rob followed up on the status of things.

Shawn has personally gone out of his way to help me understand some of the technical procedures. They are still helping with some technical issues to ensure everything is running correctly.

I've worked with Addy on the last part… I've worked with Addy on the last part of my project and he has been a God send honestly. He has accomplished so much and been absolutely efficient with everything I've asked of him. There have been a couple of snags along the way and he has found ways to compromise and/or accommodate me if at all possible.
