Very happy with our pup, from a household that has have GSD’s for many decades Kraftwerk is all they advertise and I’ve read in my research. They truly know how to match the right dog to their new household. I called and they listened to our particular needs at this moment. Best part, they don’t try to push or sell you a dog. When we were looking for a good dog for… When we were looking for a good dog for the family we called kraftwerks. They seemed to have impressive dogs on their web site, so we called them to get one . I told them we have kids and wanted a good family dog that would also be good for protecting the family. They suggested a 4 year old dog that would be great for the family they said . so we got him. Soon after we got him, he bit our good friend on the hip and then a week later he nearly bit grandmas thumb off at Easter dinner. They both have known the dog since we got him and he bit both of them with no obvious warning. We called Wayne to tell him we’re having problems with the dog. He said that’s your problem and don’t call him again. Clearly he doesn’t know anything about the dogs he’s selling and he will tell you anything to make the deal happen. Bo is being put down today because the sheriff office won’t allow him to be adopted. Sounds like a great family dog right . Hopefully know ones else will get a dog from kraftwerks because they seem to be dangerous . Kraftwerks dog was like having a loaded gun with a bad trigger. You never know when it will go off. We are very disappointed with kraftwerks that they recommended a 4 year old dog that was dangerous into a family home and then refused to help in any way after they received their money. I’m glad none of the kids got hurt or killed.

Look forward to my soon to be puppy… Look forward to my soon to be puppy coming home. I didn’t encounter any problems purchasing the pup. And am looking forward to a video of the pup growing up in Washington.

Dog matches my needs I appreciated their effort to match me with a dog suitable for my age and handicap. Several I liked they said would not be appropriate for me with my limitations. The young adult dog I got does fit in well with my lifestyle and needs.

Beyond Disappointed After I paid for a deposit on a puppy and signed the contract, I NEVER received any responses to texts, voicemail, or submission sent via their website. Additionally, at the time I paid the deposit, the pup I was confirmed to purchase -- I even have a "receipt" with his name and info on it -- was removed from the "Available Puppies" section of the website. Sometime after that, he was put BACK ON the website as being available. I texted this (and other things) to my initial - and only - point of contact, and the next morning the pup was once again removed from the website in the "Available Puppies" section, meaning someone read my text and removed him again, but that same someone never reached out / responded to me in any way.
