GBHorrible company Horrible company - unreliable for anything you care about. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. After some unexplained issue where I stopped receiving emails from the company on billing and did not receive a notice about needing to update my credit card for 2 months for shared hosting on a static portfolio site I check into 1x or 2x a year since I don't need to update the content frequently, I get the following correspondence from their Support group: "No where did I state that you have to log into the portal to read emails. That's illogical nor anything implied like that. Where did you read such a illogical thing in my last reply to you? No where. There is no "alerting gap" that you just invented. We emailed you using standard old classic email protocol like we email everyone of our clients for the past 17 years. We emailed you, simple as that. That means, you were emailed to your Gmail on file. Check your spam folder. Did you do that? We're not responsible if you did not check your spam folder or if our emails landed there." What a horrible company to speak to someone like this. I didn't have any emails in my spam. No emails whatsoever from them, and then this language. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. I doubt they will be around for much longer given their approach to this issue.
