Friendly reps fixed my mistake. I accidently ordered the wrong shade. Even though it was my fault, the service reps made the return process easy, and quickly got me what I had intended to order. They were a pleasure to work with.

Great Mens Skin Care I ordered several products. I have been a customer for many years, and these protects have always been perfect for me.

Unfortunately the order did not arrive… Unfortunately the order did not arrive in time for the job on which it was needed. I specifically marked that I needed it two day and that it was shipping to a business address. It was shipped two day but there was a delay and the shipping notification changed from by 4pm to by 9pm (like a residential shipment would be). My mail facility was closes at 6pm so 9pm delivery was not an option. They were very nice and offered me a product return and the like but what I needed was the products on time.

Incredible Customer Service Suddenly, after a few weeks of having received my order (shipped to Canada) I received a bill in the mail from FedEx for customs and duty charges! $59.00 CAD! As there was no mention of these fees upon ordering or check-out I contacted Menaji to inquire. Within a couple of hours I received a response notifying me that this was an extremely unusual situation, and they provided a refund! It is so rare these days to experience such prompt customer service, and such an honourable resolution! Well done and thank you!

Longtime customer I'm a pro-photographer based in NYC and a longtime customer of Menaji products. It's not always easy convincing men on my shoots to wear makeup but after I'm done, they are blow away at how good they look. Many of them end up buying Menaji too. I subtly apply the moisturizer, concealer, and powder - even under bright photography lights and detailed digital photography, you can't tell my subjects are wearing makeup. No other brand has nailed the skin tone and texture match for men as well as Menaji does. it's worth paying a little extra over "pharmacy makeup".
