My first order I mistakenly used an email address I rarely use/check and didn't realize my error. Sent an email to customer service asking for a status and received an reply within a couple hours. They were very helpful and figured out my issue. Turns out they'd sent several status emails with shipping status.

I sent an email and didn't receive a response! I absolutely love FG I just didn't like I qualified for free shipping but didn't receive it!
