ACE was able to restore everything A few weeks ago I dropped my laptop, and it broke down to pieces. I was more worried about the data I had, but there was nothing I could do. I searched for data recovery in my area, found ACE Data Recovery and decided to give them a call. They were able to restore everything I had in just a few days.

I got some of the files that I needed About 80% of data was retrieved from my hard drive, but I am just thankful that I got some of the files that I needed. The tech team as well as the customer service team were very polite and were willing to update me regarding the progress of the data recovery.

Worst customer service ever I wish I could give 0 stars. I called in looking for advice on my server that crashed and was treated with horrible customer service. I can't imagine what it would be like to work with this company. They are hands down the most rude employees / owners I've ever had the dis privilege of working with. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They seem to be an very small shotty data recovery company that probably practices data recovery at best.
