I have been using Cloudwalks for over a… I have been using Cloudwalks for over a year and absolutely love it! After using other services it is great to find one of this caliber. Support has ALWAYS responded to my email within minutes and stayed in touch until everything was working. I could not be happier with the service, the speed, the ease of use and more.

The support people were not helpful and… The support people were not helpful and never answered my questions. I was unable to load my data because support did not help me. Took a couple of weeks to cancel and they charged me a fee to cancel for a service I was unable to use.

One star is too much One star is too much. We have been using Cloudwalks for about 6 months and have encountered issues almost daily. Many, many down times. Disconnections once a week minimum. Very poor tech support. Their claim of 99.9% uptime is a gross exaggeration, we have been down for entire business days on multiple occasions. They have cost my small business a tremendous amount due to their very poor performance. I do not recommend them

I am very satisfied with the cloud… I am very satisfied with the cloud hosting services of Cloudwalks as they always put their customer on the top of their list of priorities.
