GBLove MoneyMinder! I have been involved in non-profit and volunteer organizations for over 30 years and have used many types of software to track accounting, MoneyMinder has by far been the best and most user friendly that I have experienced. I like that I can give others access (with different limitations) , how easy it is to set up a budget, the ease of tracking income and expenses and the number of reports that can be generated. Creating a Treasurer's Report for meetings is a snap and also easy to create a PDF to send out to board members. I also like the ease of filing taxes with their Tax Forms feature. My group also uses Store for events that we hold. We have the ability to set up stores to sell registrations and merchandise and can link these to our banking. We also use Bank Integration to allow us to import transactions from our bank, this makes reconciling our account so much easier! Another great feature is LiveChat when I need help and the Help Center with FAQ help sheets is great. I highly recommend MoneyMinder!

GBOur condo Association is in it's fourth year with MoneyMinder. Our condo Association is in it's fourth year using the MoneyMinder software. The software is very user friendly, one wouldn't need an accounting background to use the product. The very competent staff is very prompt and helpful when questions arise. Additionally, when confronted with an accounting allocation problem, the senior staff was very helpful in walking me through the issues involved, saving our association a great deal of money.

GBMoneyMinder's customer support is awesome! MoneyMinder's customer support is awesome! I am 81 years of age and grew up sans computers and smartphones, so I am not as technically savvy as most folks. Over the years I have learned to use electronics but I am no expert. Customer Support has helped me, and the Treasurer of our HOA, tremendously.

They worked patiently with me to figure out the problem we were having, and stayed on the phone to make sure all aspects were properly connected. Setting up an appointment was easier than waiting online for hours, and they called promptly and were super helpful.
